These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AccessClaim governing your use of accessclaim.com and our matching services. By using the site or submitting a form, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AccessClaim is a free service that connects people who may qualify for Social Security Disability (SSDI) benefits with independent, licensed attorneys who handle disability claims. We are an attorney-matching (lawyer referral) service. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, and we do not represent you in any matter.

There is no cost to you to be matched, and using the service is always voluntary.

Nothing on our site is legal advice, and no content here should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation. Using our site, submitting a form, or being matched does not create an attorney-client relationship with AccessClaim or with any attorney.

An attorney-client relationship is formed only if and when you and an attorney separately agree to it in writing. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive details expecting them to be protected until such a relationship exists.

Portions of this site may constitute attorney advertising. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future matter. Every case is different, and whether an SSDI claim is approved depends on its specific facts and the Social Security Administration's rules.

A match is not a promise that any attorney will take your case, or that a claim exists, has value, or will succeed. Whether to pursue a claim is a decision for you and the attorney you retain.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the service. You agree to provide accurate, current information in the intake form — attorneys rely on it to assess whether they can help.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means except as permitted.

When you submit our form with consent, you authorize AccessClaim and the independent attorneys we connect you with to contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your potential claim, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any representation, and you can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts).

The attorneys and law firms we match you with are independent third parties. AccessClaim does not employ them, does not control their advice or conduct, and is not responsible for their communications, fee agreements, or the outcome of any matter. We do not endorse or guarantee any attorney. Your relationship with an attorney — including any engagement and fees — is solely between you and that attorney.

AccessClaim does not charge you for using the service. Any legal fees or costs are set by the attorney you choose to retain, under a separate agreement between you and that attorney. SSDI representation is commonly handled on a contingency basis subject to federal limits, but fee arrangements vary — review any engagement agreement carefully before signing.

The site, its content, and our marks belong to AccessClaim or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, scrape, or reuse content without permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccessClaim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of independent attorneys. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold AccessClaim harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which AccessClaim is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
